Once you activate the medallion you will float in a dimension called Veil, between the current and a fictional dimension. Empower, this power gives a boost to the damage done by your weapons.
Veil Sight, which lets you see secrets in the surroundings and if you upgrade this then you will also get the ability to see through walls. Shield, which creates a shield around you during the firefights and if you upgrade the shield it will bounce off the bullets. The abilities that you get are Mire, which lets you slow the time a la Max Payne. Apart from the weapons the medallion gives you powers and you can also upgrade and improve these powers using the gold in black market. You can also buy and upgrades weapons using the gold you find scattered during missions or the gold that you earn after completing the missions. This is the town where you get missions from different groups. Isenstadt is the place for all the missions you get it’s like your home during the game.
